The YXD type photoelectric shock resistant electric contact pressure gauge has characteristics of resistance to environmental vibration, medium pulsation, and impact load. The instrument indication is clear, stable, and the electrical signal switching is reliable.
The instrument is suitable for pressure measurement of liquids, gases, and other media that have no corrosive effect on copper or copper alloys. In addition to its indication function, it also has two adjustable signal controls for upper and lower limits (or dual upper and dual lower limits).
The instrument adopts non-contact electrical contacts, and photoelectric sensors are applied to the set contacts to form a contactless signal switching device. By controlling the circuit and outputting through high-sensitivity relays, the instrument has extremely high sensitivity, fast response, high control accuracy, and no hysteresis or jumping phenomena. When working at low voltage, the contact type device is generally immersed in damping fluid, and its contacts adhere to an oil film, increasing the contact resistance and preventing the contacts from working effectively. When the current is high, the contacts are severely eroded. Adopting photoelectric non-contact signal switching, there is no arc or contact corrosion phenomenon, so the service life is long, the switch characteristics are excellent, and it can still work safely and reliably below 24V working voltage.?

Wiring legend:
When the pressure is below the lower limit set value, J3 is powered on and the host operates. When the pressure rises to the upper limit set value, J3 loses power and the host stops working. The pressure drops to the lower limit set value J3 and continues, and the host operates.

The working environment should be free of corrosive gases
After installation, please cut off the protruding rubber plug on the top of the instrument case to allow the instrument cavity to communicate with the atmosphere, in order to ensure the accuracy of the instrument
Please specify the name, model, measurement range, and working power supply when placing an order.
Please specify the corrosive environment or corrosive medium separately.
When the working power supply is 24VDC, do not share the 24V power supply with the inductive load at the output end. It is recommended to use an instrument safety power supply or an independent power supply.
