The instrument adopts non-contact electrical contacts, and photoelectric sensors are applied to the set contacts to form a contactless signal switching device. By controlling the circuit and outputting high and low level signals, the instrument has extremely high sensitivity, fast response, high control accuracy, and no hysteresis or jumping phenomenon. When working at low voltage, the contact type device is generally immersed in damping fluid, and its contacts adhere to an oil film, increasing the contact resistance and making the contacts unable to work effectively. When the current is high, the contacts are severely eroded. Adopting photoelectric non-contact signal switching, there is no arc or contact corrosion phenomenon, so the service life is long and the switch characteristics are excellent.
