The DBF series low-noise transformer fan is a new type of low-noise and high-efficiency product, consisting of two parts: the DBF series low-noise transformer fan and the air duct, also known as the blowing device. This product is designed and manufactured according to the industry standards of the People's Republic of China, such as JB/T9545-2002 "Technical Conditions for Three phase Asynchronous Motors for Transformer Cooling Fans" and JB/T9642-1999 "Transformer Fans". It is mainly used for the heat dissipation and cooling system of large and medium-sized transformers, and can also be used for blowing and exhaust in other places. Its noise is reduced by an average of 3-10dB (A) compared to traditional products.

The DBF series noise transformer fan is designed and manufactured based on the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, using high-efficiency and low-noise blade shapes. The impeller is made of high-quality anti rust aluminum sheet or composite material wing shaped blades, and the supporting motor is a low-noise dedicated motor. The motor bearing is a special bearing for double sealed motors. The shaft end is designed with a double set bearing structure, equipped with waterproof sealing, and has good protective performance. Its protection level reaches IP55, suitable for outdoor use. Therefore, this product has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, stable performance, reliable operation, and long service life.

Bearing service life: Under normal operating conditions, it can withstand rated load continuous operation, with a service life of 10 years, and can ensure safe operation for no less than 5 years before the first major overhaul;
