The MAX-1 rotary viscometer is a new type of on-site testing instrument used to directly measure the viscous resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquids. It is widely used for measuring the viscosity of various fluids in the fiber industry, oils, oils, petroleum, and other polymers, industries, etc. The use of this instrument facilitates random monitoring and control of product viscosity in production, and is an important means of stabilizing and improving product quality. This viscometer uses 6 different rotors to measure media with different viscosity ranges.
Characteristic Working Principle
The instrument adopts two power supply methods, AC and DC, which are lightweight and compact in size
The instrument takes about 10 seconds from measurement to pointer stabilization, so it is convenient and fast to measure the dynamic viscosity reading during the production process. The instrument has an automatic vertical function and is not limited by the power supply of the workplace, so it is relatively easy to move. It can be accurately measured in the laboratory or directly measured on the production site.
It is convenient to replace the rotor during measurement and has a wide range of viscosity measurements
Main technical specifications of MAX-1 viscometer
Note: The above six types of rotors are only equipped with 2 #~5 # when they leave the factory, and other rotors are included
Users can place separate orders if needed.
The instrument adopts a small DC constant speed motor, which rotates counterclockwise at a speed of 20 revolutions per minute through a gearbox to drive the dial and rotor. When the viscous torque of the medium is balanced with the torsional torque of the balance spring, the viscosity of the medium is proportional to the torque of the rotor, and the scale of the pointer reflects the viscosity of the measured medium.
