The DV-I digital viscometer is the most widely used viscometer in the world. It adopts a 16 bit microcomputer processor as the core of a stepper motor high subdivision drive and a digital LCD with blue backlight function for a digital viscosity measuring instrument. The speed is stable and accurate, with clear button markings, programmed design, and easy operation. When the torque is below 10% and above 90% of the measurement range, the instrument will issue a warning. The RTD temperature probe can monitor and measure viscosity temperature in real time with an accuracy of 0.1 ℃. The temperature measurement range is -20 ℃ -120 ℃. The screen directly displays viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, speed, temperature, percentage torque, rotor number, and the maximum measurable viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed. RS232 interface printing, the printing interval can be set by the user. Bidirectional RS232 interface, capable of communicating with computers for program control and data acquisition. You can choose DV programmable offline download software to download custom measurement programs to the instrument for automated and personalized operation. Rheological property software can be selected to achieve computer automation operation, data collection and analysis, data saving, historical data comparison and other functions. The main control board and sub driver board all adopt surface mount technology, and the circuit design adopts the most advanced microcomputer processor currently available. The structural layout is reasonable and compact. The full range and linearity of each gear of the instrument are calibrated through a PC interface.
