Overview

The W-B75/BB75 series copper alloy Vickers hardness tester is a lightweight instrument that can quickly test the hardness of soft metals on site. The testing is fast, simple, and only requires one card. The hardness value can be directly read out, which complies with the Chinese non-ferrous standard YS/T471.
The W-B75/BB75 series copper alloy Vickers hardness tester can test profiles, pipes, and plates without damaging the workpiece during the testing process and without the need for sampling. Specially suitable for rapid and non-destructive hardness testing of products at production, sales, or construction sites.
The W-B75 series Vickers hardness tester is suitable for testing brass and ultra hard aluminum alloy materials.
The W-BB75 series Vickers hardness tester is suitable for testing annealed brass and copper materials.
The W-B75b and W-BB75b instruments are specialized for thin tubes of the W-B75 and W-BB75 instruments, respectively. The instrument anvil is reduced to a diameter of Ø 5.8mm and can test fine tubes with an inner diameter of 6mm or more.
The standard hardness block has been tested by a standard hardness machine and comes with a test report.
