Overview

*The W-B92 stainless steel Vickers hardness tester is a lightweight instrument that can quickly test the hardness of soft steel. The measurement is fast, simple, and only requires one card. The hardness value can be directly read out.
*The W-B92 stainless steel Vickers hardness tester is suitable for testing stainless steel and low carbon steel materials, as well as cold-rolled thin steel strips, hot-rolled plates, galvanized plates, seamless steel pipes, welded pipes and other steel materials. Specially suitable for rapid and non-destructive qualification inspection of product hardness at production, sales, or construction sites.
*The measurement range of W-B92 stainless steel Vickers hardness tester is equivalent to Rockwell 48-100HRB. This hardness range covers almost all common soft steel materials. Comparative experiments show that there is an approximate linear relationship between the measured values of the W-B92 stainless steel Vickers hardness tester and the HRB Rockwell hardness values, as shown in the following figure.
