PHR series chain Rockwell hardness tester
Overview
*Used for precise on-site testing of large shafts, rollers, steel pipes, and other workpieces with cylindrical surfaces. Can be used for segmented hardness testing of workpieces, hardness testing of steel pipe welds and heat affected zones, and surface hardness testing of large shaft workpieces for induction hardening.
*The indentation is very small, and there is basically no damage to the workpiece. It can be directly tested on site for finished or semi-finished workpieces.
*High testing accuracy, tested by the China Institute of Metrology, with an error of less than 1.5HRC.
*Compared with commonly used Leeb hardness testers and Shore hardness testers, it has the advantages of high testing accuracy, fewer factors affecting testing accuracy, low requirements for workpiece surface smoothness, meeting the drawing requirements of most workpieces without conversion, and easy recognition in international trade.
*The test value can be converted into Brinell hardness value (HB) or tensile strength value (σ b).
