The HS141 roll specific hardness tester is a new type of portable hardness testing instrument, mainly suitable for testing the hardness of metal materials. It has the characteristics of high testing accuracy, small size, easy operation, convenient portability, and wide measurement range. It is based on the principle of Leeb hardness, and the Leeb (HL) hardness value is automatically converted into Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shore and other hardness values through the program. It can also be equipped with various testing accessories to meet various testing conditions and environments. It is mainly suitable for rapid hardness testing of metal materials, especially for on-site hardness testing of large parts and non removable components.
HS141 roll specific hardness tester features:
HS141 is a professional Shore hardness tester for measuring rolling rolls, with a measurement range of (30-110) HSD;
It can test six hardness systems (HV, HRC, HRB, HB, HV, HS), and can achieve a single test with direct conversion;
One machine can be equipped with multiple special-shaped impact devices (D, DC, D+15, C, DL, G) at the same time;
Automatically identify the type of impact device (D, DC, D+15, C, DL, G);
Automatic sound alarm can be set for the deviation of hardness values up and down;
The screen has backlight and adjustable contrast;
Can store 48-350 sets of test data;
The printer and the host can be separated, making it easier to carry;
Automatically detect battery voltage, and when the operating voltage is lower than the rated value, an automatic alarm will be triggered;
Can display battery level;
Printable test results;
