The TH180 Leeb hardness measurement system is a new type of portable hardness testing instrument, mainly suitable for testing the hardness of metal materials. It has the characteristics of high testing accuracy, small size, easy operation, convenient portability, and wide measurement range. It is based on the Leeb hardness principle, and the Leeb (HL) hardness value is automatically converted into Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shore and other hardness values through the program. Various testing accessories can also be configured to meet various testing conditions and environments. It is mainly suitable for rapid hardness testing of metal materials, especially for on-site hardness testing of large parts and non removable components.
Leeb principle, portable measurement
One host can accommodate 10 different types of slaves, and wireless communication is used between the master and slaves to transmit real-time data from each slave to the host
TH180 Leeb Hardness Measurement System Host:
Can be used in standalone working mode or system working mode
Parameter settings can be made for each slave separately
Adopting digital impact devices, 7 types of impact devices are automatically recognized, and replacement does not require recalibration
Using touch screen input and color LCD display screen, the display content is rich, and the operation is convenient and fast
Adopting a 5.7-inch large screen LCD display and a 320 × 240 graphic dot matrix, the display information is rich and clear
Full Chinese display, user-friendly interface
Can set or cancel the power on password protection function
Large capacity storage, the host can store 2500 sets of measurement values, and each slave can store 500 sets of measurement values
Pre set upper and lower limits for hardness values for both the host and slave devices, with automatic alarms for exceeding the range, facilitating users' needs for batch testing
Equipped with backlight display function, convenient for users to use outdoors
The main display interface has content such as date, time, memory information, battery information, electronic column, out of tolerance prompt, impact device type, operation prompt, etc
Using a thermal printer, it can print the stored data of the master and slave machines, with a printing speed of 5.03-22.23mm/s
Reserved RS232 and USB interfaces
From machine:
Adopting a graphic dot matrix LCD display, the display is clear and the information is rich
Using wireless communication technology to transmit data to the host, convenient and fast
Equipped with automatic recognition of commonly used impact directions
The upper and lower limits of the hardness value can be set by the host, and there will be an indicator light prompt if it exceeds the range, making it convenient for users to conduct batch testing
Using rechargeable lithium batteries, no memory effect, long working time
