The THI100 Brinell measurement system aims the CCD camera lens at the Brinell indentation, and the indentation image is collected and transmitted to a computing platform (PC or industrial computer). The "Times THI100 Brinell measurement software" is used to accurately locate and measure the indentation diameter, and the corresponding Brinell value is directly obtained based on the measurement parameters (ball head diameter, load, etc.).

1. High precision measurement of Brinell indentation. THI100 is equipped with advanced CCD, high scanning resolution, and can obtain indentation readings with a maximum accuracy of 3.5 µ m.
2. After selecting the measurement parameters, the Brinell value can be directly displayed without the need for table lookup conversion, saving time in comparing tables.
3. It can display the diameters of the X and Y axes, measure non perfectly circular indentation, and facilitate the measurement and analysis of the hardness of small-diameter shaft workpieces.
