Overview:
The TH700 digital Vickers hardness tester is a hardness value represented by the average pressure per unit surface area of a regular pyramid indentation.
Under the prescribed test force, press a regular tetrahedral diamond indenter with an angle of 136 ° into the surface and maintain it for the specified time, then remove the test force. In this way, press a square conical indentation on the surface, measure the average length of the two diagonal lines of the indentation, calculate the indentation area, and thus obtain the hardness value.
It can achieve continuous hardness calibration of various materials from soft to hard. for example
Widely used for testing metal structures, including small parts, thin plates, metal foils, wires, thin hardened layers, and electroplated layers.
It can also be used to test materials such as glass, jewelry, and ceramics that cannot be tested with large testing forces.
It can also follow the structure of metals and test the internal hardness of materials such as induction hardening or carburization
Automatic loading, holding, and unloading of experimental force.
Numerical display calculation of hardness value does not require table lookup conversion: enter the indentation diameter and loading test force on the keyboard, and the hardness value will be directly read out on the display screen.
