1、 Product Overview:

The THV-5 low load Vickers hardness tester is a new type of hardness tester that combines precision machinery with optical, electrical, and computer software. It can be used to test Vickers or Knoop hardness by inputting the measured diagonal values into an integrated calculator to calculate the hardness value. The testing of this machine is conducted in accordance with the relevant standards of GB/T4340.1-1999 and EN-ISO 6507.

The test consists of two parts. The first part is that the diamond indenter is driven by a known magnitude of force and pressed into the surface of the tested material. In the second part, the user measures the diagonal length of the indentation and inputs the measured reading into the host, which then calculates the corresponding Vickers or Knoop hardness value.
