The TQSB series lightweight AC/DC high-voltage test transformer is a new type of product produced based on the YDJ (G) series test transformer and the national standard "ZBK-41006-89", which has been greatly improved on the basis of the original similar products according to the "Test Transformer" standard of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Affairs. This series of products has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure, complete functions, strong universality, and easy use. Specially suitable for conducting insulation strength tests on various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulation materials under frequency or DC high voltage in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research departments, etc. It is an essential and important equipment in high-voltage testing.

product structure
The TQSB series high-voltage square test transformer adopts a single frame core structure. The primary winding is wound around the iron core, and the high-voltage winding is placed outside. This coaxial arrangement reduces leakage flux, thereby increasing the coupling between the windings. The outer shell of the product is made of an octagonal structure that matches well with the core, and the overall appearance is beautiful and generous. The external structure diagram is shown in Figure 1, and the internal structure diagram is shown in Figure 2.

In the TQSB test transformer, a and x are low voltage input terminals, E and F are low voltage meter measurement terminals, and A and X are high voltage outputs.
