I. Overview
The XTRZ series temperature remote monitoring instrument is a detection instrument that can measure and monitor up to four temperature circuits. Its series products have 2 channels, 3 channels, and 4 channels.
This instrument is used in conjunction with a temperature sensor and adopts LED digital display. It displays the temperature of the highest channel in the tested circuit normally and outputs a standard current signal of 4-20mA. If users need to view data from other channels, they can view the temperature of each channel one by one through the buttons on the panel.
This instrument is mainly used for multi-channel temperature measurement monitoring and various industrial control situations that require alarms. The application of advanced SMT technology enables the instrument to have good stability, reliability, and anti-interference ability, which can effectively suppress strong electromagnetic interference in industrial control sites; The use of high-strength material casing makes the instrument suitable for relatively harsh environmental conditions.

2、 Working principle
The XTRZ temperature remote monitoring instrument is a 4-20mA two-wire output signal converter that supports up to four channels of analog input and automatically selects the largest channel. It can be installed near the measurement point, and the two-wire output serves as the power supply line for both the signal and the instrument.
The output current is divided into two parts. A constant 4mA current is used as the measurement zero point and also serves as the power supply for the electronic circuit in the instrument. The 0-16mA current variation superimposed on 4mA is proportional to the change in the measured input signal, and the measurement range corresponds to the output of 4-20mA.
The wiring between the instrument and the external temperature sensor needs to be done after opening the instrument cover, and Pt100 thermal resistance should be connected.
