The RGB series hose pump (peristaltic pump, squeeze pump) is a positive displacement pump, and its pump inlet and outlet are directly connected to the pump hose without sealing or leakage. Used for transporting various corrosive mineral slurries, fiber slurries, cement mortar, cement grouting for tunnels, pipe piles, cement spraying for highway slopes, slope protection, as well as fruit pulp, fruit juice filling, high viscosity paste, granular materials with a diameter of less than 1cm, and small live fish and shrimp without damage. The pump has a strong self-priming function of up to 300 meters and is capable of delivering mixed media of air, solid, and liquid phases. It is a necessary pump for the working conditions and processes of toxic and radioactive media.

1. It can suction corrosive slurry with a concentration of 75% (by weight) and a particle diameter of 4-12mm.
2. Can suck and deliver toothpaste like, high viscosity media.

working principle:
The working principle of RGB type hose pump: A pair of rollers rotate in the pump chamber filled with special lubricant, and the rollers and the pump housing chamber wall together press a special high-strength hose, flattening the hose. As the roller rotates, the flattened part of the hose gradually moves from the inlet end to the outlet end of the pump. During this process, the hose at the inlet gradually returns to its original state under its own elasticity, increasing its volume and creating a vacuum to suck in the material. The hose at the outlet is gradually squeezed, reducing its volume and forcibly discharging the material. This cycle repeats, and the material is continuously sucked in and discharged. The applicable temperature of this pump is ≤ 100 ℃.
