1、 Purpose:
The BG6 standard self inductance coil is the main working standard and can also be used as a self inductance standard component in AC bridges or other measurement circuits. Its working conditions are ambient medium temperature+5-35 ℃, relative to 30-80%.

2、 Main technical indicators

*Testing conditions for basic error:
(1) The temperature of the surrounding medium is 20 ± 2 ℃;
(2) The relative humidity of the surrounding air is 30-80%;
(3) Power frequency 1000 ± 20Hz sine wave;
(4) The working current is not greater than the working current

3、 Structure Overview
The self sensing coil in this standard adopts a ceramic skeleton treated with glaze, which effectively improves the frequency characteristics of the coil. The winding is made of multiple insulated wires, and then stress and moisture are eliminated at a temperature of 120 ℃, and then immersed and shaped in 80 ℃ paraffin solution. Therefore, this standard has high moisture resistance and stability.
1. The standard self inductance coil should be used under greenhouse conditions of+5-35 ℃ and relative humidity of 30-80 ℃.
2. The working current must be greater than the maximum working current.
3. There should be no magnetic field or metallic material (especially ferromagnetic material) present within a distance of 50 centimeters around the coil (especially in the direction of the coil).
4. When connecting a standard self inductance coil to a working circuit, consideration should be given to the inductance introduced by the connecting wire.
6、 Transportation, storage, and free repair period
1. The product should be stored in a sheltered environment with a temperature of 0-40 ℃ and a relative humidity not exceeding 80% during transportation.
2. The product should be stored indoors, with an ambient temperature of 0-40 ℃, a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and no harmful substances in the air that can cause corrosion.
3. Within 18 months from the date of shipment by the product transportation manufacturer, if the user discovers any quality problems or malfunction of the product while fully complying with the transportation, storage, installation, and usage rules specified in the user manual (and with the product seal intact), the manufacturer shall be responsible for providing free repair or replacement.
