Characteristics of Q1D/Q1D-F type rotary joint:

The Q-series rotary joint adopts a spherical sealing structure, which can automatically adjust the center and compensate, and is suitable for equipment with low speed and poor coaxiality. It has a simple structure, reliable sealing, and does not require lubrication, making it the most widely used type of rotary joint.

The outer tube can be directly connected to the roller and run synchronously with it, serving as the main rotating component. The precision machined outer tube spherical surface, bottom cover, and sealing ring together form a dynamic sealing friction pair. The sealing ring floats between the outer tube spherical surface and the bottom cover, but does not come into contact with the shell. Oil free bearings provide support and guidance between the housing and outer tube. When the sealing ring wears out, the housing will slowly move away from the shaft head direction with the help of springs and medium pressure to compensate for the normal wear of the sealing ring. Therefore, metal hoses must be used for the connection between the rotary joint and the pipeline, so that the rotary joint can move slowly away from the shaft head freely and maintain sealing.
