The HM series rotary joint is a buried rotary joint specifically designed for continuous casting machines in the metallurgical industry. It is used for internal cooling of rollers on continuous casting machines to improve the service life of the rollers, which is generally higher than that of solid rollers cooled externally. It adopts a balanced sealing structure and oil-free bearing support; The joint does not require lubrication for life and can automatically compensate.

The HM series rotary joint is a type of joint where the shell is inserted into the interior of a roller and fixed to the shaft end with a half split flange (the flange is sawed along the centerline). After installation, only the end cover can be seen from the outside, and the shell is buried inside the roller to rotate together with the roller, hence the name "embedded rotary joint". All M series components are made of corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for water medium.

The MD-C rotary joint has two types: single pass and double pass, each of which is divided into two structures: end face seal and outer ring seal. Users can choose according to their needs.
