Scope of Application

The BDW4 explosion-proof centrifugal roof ventilation fan adopts advanced CAD software optimization design and uses a continuously variable speed external rotating motor (DWT-III type) to ensure high efficiency and low noise characteristics. The large model is designed with adjustable angles to adapt to different working conditions, which is beneficial for energy conservation.
Using various materials (such as galvanized and spray treated steel plates, engineering plastics, fiberglass, aluminum alloys, etc.) to make the body lightweight, corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof, and flame-retardant.
Streamlined design, using imported rubber coating resin film to ensure a beautiful appearance.
This product has been tested by the Product Technical Supervision Institute and all technical performance indicators are excellent. Usage conditions: Medium temperature<60 ℃, dust content<100mg/m3

The machine consists of a motor, impeller, air duct, air cap, transmission components, loose leaf air door, bird proof net, safety net and other components. There are three types of loose leaf air doors: gravity type, manual type, and electric type.
