Single flange limit expansion joint VSSJA-1 (GB/T12465-1999) or BF (GB/T12465-2002) type, the single flange limit expansion joint is composed of a loose sleeve expansion joint and a limit short pipe combination Single flange limit expansion joints can prevent leakage or damage of compensating joints caused by excessive displacement of pipelines. Single flange limit expansion joints are mainly used for loose connections of pipelines that absorb axial displacement and withstand axial pressure and thrust within the allowable displacement range Single flange limit expansion joint is a type of expansion joint that adds a limit device on the basis of the original performance of the loose sleeve expansion joint, and locks it with double nuts at the maximum expansion amount. The pipeline can freely expand and contract within the allowed expansion and contraction range. Once it exceeds its maximum expansion and contraction range, it serves as a limit to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline. Single flange limit expansion joints are particularly suitable for connecting pipelines that are vibrating or have certain slopes and bends.   

Installation brief: VSSJA-1 flange type limit expansion joint is suitable for connecting with flanges on one side and welding with pipelines on the other. When installing a single flange limit expansion joint, adjust the installation length between the product's two ends and the pipeline or flange, tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly, and then adjust the limit nuts. This allows the pipeline to expand and contract freely within the expansion range, locking the expansion amount and ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline.
