JGD-A type flexible double ball rubber joint is also known as elastic shock absorber joint, shock absorber, pipeline shock absorber, shock absorber throat, soft joint, rubber joint, etc.  

The flexible double ball rubber joint adopts advanced production technology from abroad. During the production process, the inner layer is subjected to high pressure, and the nylon curtain fabric and adhesive layer are better combined, resulting in higher working pressure and better quality than ordinary flexible rubber joints. The characteristic of the flexible double ball rubber joint is that the inner rubber layer is integrated, smooth and seamless, and the label adopts vulcanization process, which is combined with the product.  

The flexible double ball rubber joint is a flexible coupling for metal pipelines, consisting of an inner rubber layer, nylon curtain fabric reinforcement, an outer rubber layer composite rubber ball, and a loose metal flange. The flexible double sphere rubber joint has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, balanced pipeline deviation, vibration absorption, good noise reduction effect, convenient installation, etc. The flexible double sphere rubber joint can be widely used in water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC, fire protection, paper making, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, ships, pumps, compressors, fans and other pipeline systems. Flexible double ball rubber joints are commonly used for conveying air, compressed air, water, seawater, oil, acid, alkali, etc. at temperatures ranging from -15 ℃ to 115 ℃. The special type of flexible double ball rubber joint is used for conveying the above-mentioned media or oil, concentrated acid and alkali, solid materials above -30 ℃~250 ℃.
