90°rubber joints are also known as shock absorbers, pipeline shock absorbers, shock absorbers, flexible joints, rubber elbows, etc.
The 90 ° rubber joint adopts advanced production technology from abroad. During the production process, the inner layer is subjected to high pressure, and the nylon curtain fabric and rubber layer are better combined, resulting in higher working pressure and better quality than ordinary flexible rubber joints. The characteristic of the 90 ° rubber joint is that the inner rubber layer is mixed and integrated, with smooth and seamless marks. The label adopts vulcanization process and is combined with the product.
The 90 ° rubber joint is a flexible coupling for metal pipelines, consisting of an inner rubber layer, nylon curtain fabric reinforcement, an outer rubber layer composite rubber ball, and a loose metal flange. The 90 ° rubber joint is characterized by high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, balanced pipeline deviation, vibration absorption, good noise reduction effect, convenient installation, etc. The 90 ° rubber joint can be widely used in water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC, fire protection, paper making, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, ships, pumps, compressors, fans and other pipeline systems. Ordinary 90 ° rubber joints are used for conveying air, compressed air, water, seawater, oil, acid, alkali, etc. at temperatures ranging from -15 ℃ to 115 ℃. Special 90 ° rubber joints are used for conveying the above-mentioned media or oils, concentrated acids and alkalis, and solid materials above -30 ℃ to 250 ℃.
