Product Introduction
The corrugated pipe in the JWY unconstrained corrugated compensator adopts single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer U-shaped waves. The corrugated pipe and guide sleeve materials of the unconstrained compensator are austenitic stainless steel such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and other materials are low carbon steel or low alloy steel. The unconstrained compensator is identical to a conventional axial compensator in determining the spacing between fixed supports and calculating the thrust of fixed supports. The unconstrained compensator not only eliminates the pre stretching work, but also greatly relaxes the installation requirements. Unconstrained compensators can be installed in pipelines like a short pipe. Unconstrained compensators do not need to follow the usual method of connecting the entire steel pipe as required by other axial compensators, and then cutting the same length of pipeline as the compensator. Due to the unconstrained expansion and sturdy shell, it also facilitates transportation, installation, and insulation.

Application of JWY unconstrained ripple compensator
Unconstrained corrugated compensators are used for axial compensation of pipelines, with a large compensation amount. Unconstrained corrugated compensators have strong self guiding ability and super strong bending resistance. Unconstrained corrugated compensators can simplify the design of pipeline guide brackets, allowing for arbitrary adjustment of the spacing between guide brackets.
