1、 Overall Introduction
The LXQ type 6-35 kV voltage transformer neutral point damping device (referred to as L-type damping device) is a nonlinear damping device installed between the neutral point of the primary winding YO of the 6-35 kV voltage transformer (referred to as voltage transformer or P.T) and the ground. LXQ type refers to the use of damping devices for pressure neutral points protected by exposed intangible ceramic sleeves.  
The DC characteristics of LXQ type harmonic eliminator are similar to those of traditional RXQ type harmonic eliminator, but the structural design is quite different. It uses high-density SiC as the base material and is composed of multiple nonlinear harmonic damping elements that are fired at over a thousand degrees Celsius and connected in series. 5、 Installation instructions
The LXQ type harmonic eliminator has a small body but high mechanical strength, and can be installed vertically or horizontally; It can be directly fixed on the bolts of the transformer body or on the bracket near the transformer. Taking the smallest space handcart cabinet as an example; The X end of the JDJJ2-35 transformer primary coil in the JYN1-35 transformer cabinet is located on the fuse side, and a hole (φ 12) can be drilled on the side of the fuse bracket to fix the LXQ-35 (B) type harmonic eliminator on the side of the bracket. 6、 Friendly reminder
If the neutral point of the power grid where the 6-35kV substation is located is not grounded, the electromagnetic transformer primary winding connected by YO on its busbar becomes the only metal channel for the neutral ungrounded power grid to ground. Therefore, the charging and discharging path of the power grid relative to the ground capacitor must pass through the transformer primary winding. This slow process saturates the transformer core deeply. Therefore, when the power grid grounding disappears, a surge of several amperes will appear in the transformer primary winding, melting the transformer 0.5A fuse. If you choose LXQ type resistors, this phenomenon will no longer occur. The LXQ resistor can effectively suppress the inrush current of the primary winding of the transformer, while the electronic harmonic eliminator installed on the secondary side of the transformer cannot limit this inrush current. If a surge occurs, short circuiting the secondary opening triangle will only increase the amplitude of the surge. Therefore, for the voltage transformer that has already installed LXQ type resistors, it is recommended to disable the electronic harmonic eliminator that uses short-circuit method to eliminate harmonics in the three port triangle.
If the neutral point of a 6-35KV substation is not grounded, and the relative ground voltage is unstable when the bus is unloaded or there are few outgoing lines, you can choose LXQ type resistors, which will greatly reduce this phenomenon.
