2、 Structure description:

The TLJ type is a single end integral container type, balanced machine seal, and can rotate in both directions. It is the main matching special machine seal for desulfurization pumps in China.
The axial dimensions of the overall components should be larger than the installation dimensions to facilitate the removal of the positioning plate during installation.
Before starting the equipment, the cooling water should be fully turned on, and the skeleton oil seal should not be in a dry friction state. The water pressure should not be too high, and should be controlled below 0.1 MPa with a flow rate of about 0.5 L/S.
The material of the friction pair is L-pad embedded with pressureless sintered solid silicon carbide and solid hard alloy, and different friction pairs can be selected according to different media.
