Overview

The YWJ tube type oil level gauge is mainly suitable for oil immersed fully sealed transformers, installed on the upper part of the transformer oil tank cover, and displays the oil level inside the tank. The grass green mark appearing in the center of the upper window of the oil level gauge indicates a normal oil level. When the oil level is above the tank cover and a red mark appears, it indicates an abnormal oil level. If the oil level is below the tank cover, it needs to be refilled appropriately. The M40 × 1.5 thread on the upper part of this product can be used as a connecting pipe for injection, pressure relief valve, vacuum pumping, and other connections.

When the oil level is above the tank cover, the float display is all grass green, indicating that the oil level is normal.
The shell is formed by aluminum alloy die-casting, with a beautiful appearance, light weight, corrosion resistance, and no rusting. The outer surface is sprayed with electrostatic spraying, with strong paint adhesion and no peeling.
The sealing structure of the window and connecting flange is reasonable, safe and reliable, and there is no leakage. Before leaving the factory, a pressure test of 200kPa or above is conducted for leakage inspection.
