Electrochemical sensors are mainly used for analyzing gases, liquids, or solid components dissolved in liquids, measuring parameters such as acidity, conductivity, and redox potential of liquids. The EN-400 trace gas analyzer adopts imported high-performance electrochemical gas sensors and microprocessor technology, and the sensors are sealed with membrane electrodes and electrolytes. The gas concentration signal decomposes the electrolyte into positively and negatively charged ions, and transmits the signal through the electrode. Its advantages are: fast and accurate reflection speed (applicable to ppm level), good stability, and the ability to quantitatively detect, but with a short lifespan (greater than or equal to two years), suitable for continuous monitoring of trace hydrogen concentrations in gases such as air, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, etc.
