The detection components of the instrument consist of an imported thermal polymer capacitive dew point sensor and a miniature platinum resistor, forming a complete dew point sensing and detection system with temperature compensation function. After calculation and correction by a microprocessor, the dew point sensor is precisely compensated and calibrated, resulting in an accuracy of dew point measurement better than ± 2.0 ℃ and a resolution of 0.1ppm.
