The YXCG series isolated magnetic assisted electric contact pressure gauge is widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power stations, or in mechanical and electrical equipment to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion hazards. Usually, instruments can be used in conjunction with corresponding electrical components such as relays and contactors to achieve automatic control and signaling (alarm) of the measured (controlled) pressure system.

In order to adapt to the different needs and requirements of the tested objects, this series of instruments has developed more than 10 types of products, including anti vibration, corrosion-resistant, corrosion-resistant and anti vibration, as well as isolation devices, on the basis of the original ordinary and specialized types.
Considering that this series of instruments not only has the characteristics of novel design, reliable structure, complete variety and specifications, good action stability, and strong adaptability, but also has the advantages of combined measurement and control, simple installation, and low maintenance, it is an unparalleled pressure measurement and control instrument compared to general pressure controllers without indication, switching difference adjustment, and external setting devices.
Structural principle
The instrument consists of a measuring system, an indicating device, a magnetic assisted contact device, a housing, an adjusting device, and a junction box (plug socket).
The working principle of the instrument is based on the fact that the spring tube in the measurement system is forced to produce corresponding elastic deformation displacement at the end of the spring tube under the pressure of the measured medium. With the help of a pull rod and the transmission of the gear transmission mechanism, the measured value is amplified and gradually indicated on the dial by the indicator pointer (along with the contact) fixed on the gear shaft. At the same time, when it comes into contact with the contact point (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer (dynamic breaking or dynamic closing), it causes the circuit in the control system to be disconnected or connected, in order to achieve automatic control and send alarm signals.
