The UYZ-50002 series capacitor level gauge is a series of products in the UYZ-50 capacitor level gauge. The circuit board adopts SMT technology and uses SMD surface mount components. It has advanced technology, stable quality, and represents the level of the 1990s. The instrument uses capacitance measurement technology to measure the level of objects and is a two-wire instrument with intrinsic safety and explosion-proof performance. When explosion-proof is required, the instrument is used in conjunction with an isolation safety barrier. The instrument provides a reliable method for measuring liquids, powders, and granules, and is not suitable for viscous conductive media.
Product principle:
A high-frequency oscillation signal alternately connects a stable reference capacitor and a detection electrode. The electrode capacitance changes with the height of the material around the electrode, and this capacitance change changes the oscillation frequency, with the frequency change proportional to the height of the material. The voltage generated by this frequency variation is converted into a 4-20mA current output signal.
