The ZPW-01 valve position controller is an accessory instrument for the actuator. It is used in conjunction with various pneumatic control valves to display the upper and lower limits of the control valve in two working positions. If applied in conjunction with a regulating system or accident protection system, it can achieve mutual interlocking between valves and other devices in the regulating system, and display the upper or lower limit position of the on-site regulating valve in case of an accident.

Principle:
When the pneumatic actuator works, the stroke changes, driving the rotating arm and the shaft to rotate the cam. The slider (adjustment block) on the cam triggers the micro switch, and the lower limit circuit is connected. If the signal light or alarm is connected, the lower limit position of the valve can be displayed. On the contrary, display the upper limit position. When used in conjunction with solenoid valves, relays, etc. in the protection system, program opening or closing of regulating valves can be achieved for protection interlocking.
