The QZD-1100 electric pneumatic converter is a type of electric unit combination instrument conversion unit. It receives DC signals from electric regulating instruments and proportionally converts them into 20-100Kpa pneumatic signals, which are used as pneumatic control signals for pneumatic diaphragm regulating valves and pneumatic valve positioners. It can also serve as a gas source for pneumatic instruments. Essentially, it plays a role in signal conversion between electric and pneumatic instruments.
technical indicators
The QZD-1100 electric pneumatic converter is mainly composed of components such as a housing, torque motor, zero adjustment mechanism, nozzle, air circuit board, amplifier, junction box, and mounting plate.
Principle:
Apply the principle of torque balance. The DC signal from the electric regulator is input to the coil of the torque motor component, magnetizing the armature and generating S and N poles. After interacting with the permanent magnetic field, it generates a synthetic rotational torque, changing the working position of the pneumatic nozzle baffle. At this time, the back pressure of the amplifier increases, causing the ball valve to open. The air source pressure flows into the output terminal of the converter through the ball valve, and this output pressure circuit is used as the output pressure of the converter to supply pneumatic instruments or pneumatic valve positioners as pneumatic signals. Another route is also sent to the feedback bellows, which generates a feedback torque around the pivot point of the armature, which is balanced with the electromagnetic torque generated by the input signal. Therefore, by proportionally changing the input signal and output pressure, the process of converting the current signal into a pneumatic signal is achieved.
