Structure and principle of QFH series air filter pressure reducer
The air filter pressure reducer is designed based on the principle of force balance and consists of a handwheel, a given spring, a cover, a diaphragm component, a body, a ball valve, a filter element, and a housing.
When the air source is input into the air filter pressure reducer, it first passes through the filter chamber to purify the air source. Adjusting the pressure is achieved by adjusting the handwheel to push the compression spring to generate thrust, and then opening the ball valve until the output pressure reaches the given value. Voltage stabilization is achieved by the output pressure entering the feedback chamber through the feedback hole, generating an upward thrust. Compared with the given spring pressure, when the equilibrium state is reached, the output pressure can be stabilized.
