1、 Introduction
The GW-ZD integrated vibration transmitter is mainly installed on the bearing covers of various rotating mechanical devices (such as steam turbines, compressors, fans, and pumps), and can measure the vibration velocity or amplitude of the machinery. It is a vibration transmitter that converts the voltage generated by cutting magnetic field lines with a moving coil into current output. It has the characteristics of small size, explosion-proof and waterproof, stable performance, and easy installation. This product is made of LY12 aluminum alloy material, with a sturdy and durable casing and excellent performance. The bottom of the sensor has an M10 × 1.5 × 10 (length) thread, which can be used to fix the sensor. Sensors with this casing are generally used in engineering vibration measurement, blasting detection, power plant fan vibration detection, power plant generator unit vibration detection and other fields.
