GW-RZ Thermal Expansion Monitor
GW-RZ expansion monitoring is used in conjunction with YW-03 linear differential transformer sensor for measuring cylinder expansion in large rotating machinery devices such as steam turbines. The thermal expansion value of the casing relative to the unit foundation can be measured.
Main functions
Display function: The measured stroke value, I value alarm, and II value alarm set value of the hydraulic engine can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube, with a 4-digit digital tube display and the first digit being the symbol bit.
Alarm function: There are two levels of alarms, and users can set the alarm value according to their needs. When the stroke of the hydraulic engine exceeds the alarm set value, the corresponding alarm indicator light on the front panel will light up, and the monitoring instrument will output a switch signal on the rear panel to protect the controlled equipment.
Record output: Equipped with a 4-20mA current output interface, it can be connected to devices such as computers, DCS, PLC systems, etc.
