The GFR type fiber Bragg grating steel bar gauge is mainly used to measure the strain of concrete steel bars, and then calculate the stress on the steel bars. During on-site installation, it can be directly welded onto the steel bars, or the fiber Bragg grating steel bar gauge can be welded onto both ends of the disconnected steel bars.
The fiber optic grating strain sensor adopts non adhesive packaging technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, high sensitivity, and long service life compared to similar products. It can be combined with other types of fiber optic grating sensors to form an all-optical monitoring network.
