GFL type fiber Bragg grating pressure ring is used for measuring cable force and fatigue of cables or suspension rods. The pressure ring utilizes fiber Bragg grating strain sensors as sensing elements, and through mechanical optimization design of the elastic body, its reliability, stability, and durability are superior to general pressure rings.
The fiber Bragg grating pressure ring has the advantages of good linearity and repeatability, overcoming hysteresis and solving the directional problem of the pressure ring. The measurement deviation in different directions is less than 1%.
The GFL type fiber Bragg grating pressure ring has good dynamic response and can perform real-time pressure dynamic measurement. By selecting fiber Bragg grating temperature sensors, temperature self compensation can be achieved, and it can also be combined with other types of fiber Bragg grating sensors to form an all-optical monitoring network.
