Scope of application
The BP3 series frequency sensitive variable resistor (hereinafter referred to as BP3) is suitable for starting 2.2-125kW, JZR series wound asynchronous induction motors under frequent operation. BP3 is often connected to the motor rotor circuit and generally does not require additional short-circuit devices. The model meaning of BP3 is the same as that of BP1 series.
Usage
BP3 can be divided into three categories based on the frequency of operations:
1. Type 1: Slightly frequent, 100-400 times per hour. Such as the motor on the translation mechanism of the bridge crane in the mechanical workshop, the furnace roller, the steel pulling machine, etc. Most of them cut off power as soon as they start.
Series Table
According to the different specifications of the motor and the frequency of operation, the specifications and number of each group of frequent variable resistors can be directly found in the following table. The series tables are shown in Table 1 and Table 2
The BP3 series table applicable to JZR series motors is shown in Table 1
2. The second type: more frequent, 400-600 times per hour. Such as the motor on the translation mechanism of the bridge crane in the Jin steel rolling workshop, the front and rear working rollers of the rolling mill, and the extension roller. Most of them cut off power as soon as they start.
3. The third category: frequent operations, 600-1000 times per hour. Such as lifting platform, lifting platform roller conveyor, pressing device, steel pulling machine, rolling mill intermediate roll, etc.
