BGV2 series explosion-proof motor protection switch (IIB)

1、 Scope of application and working conditions:
1. Suitable for Class II (electrical equipment used in explosive gas environments other than coal mines) containing IIA, IIB, and IIC;
2. Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas in explosive gas environments with temperature levels of T1-T6;
3. It has thermal and electrical protection functions for three-phase motors in a 50Hz, 380V AC line;
4. Altitude not exceeding 2000m;
5. The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not exceed 35 ℃ and shall not be lower than -20 ℃;
6. The relative temperature of the surrounding air is not greater than 90% (+20 ℃);
7. In an environment containing explosive gas mixtures;
8. In places without significant shaking or severe impact vibration;
9. In environments with slightly corrosive gases and vapors;
10. The installation inclination with respect to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees;
11. In places that can prevent dripping and other liquids from entering.

2、 Product features:
1. The explosion-proof motor protection switch consists of two main parts: an aluminum alloy explosion-proof shell and an increased safety wiring chamber. The shell of the box is sprayed with deep pure epoxy resin powder. Can meet the requirements of petrochemical, petroleum, and offshore industries;
2. The explosion-proof shell is equipped with a conventional new type of motor protection switch, and the increased safety chamber is equipped with wiring terminals and cable sealing sleeves. It has thermal and electromagnetic protection functions for three-phase motors in AC 50Hz and 380V lines;
3. Equipped with GV2 series motor circuit breaker;
4. Both steel pipes and cables can be used for wiring
