J41W-600Lb American standard globe valve is a cast copper globe valve with flange connection, suitable for cutting off or connecting media on pipelines of various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, and thermal power plants with ANSI Class 150-2500Lb and working temperature ≤ 600 ℃. Applicable media include water, oil, steam, etc. The operation modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.

Product Structure Features:

1. Adopting a flange thread connection, the two ends of the branch pipe are flange connection structures, which can be used in conjunction with imported equipment.
2. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy by welding, which is wear-resistant.
3. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, which provides good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
4. The flange seal adopts a metal ring gasket, which has high strength, reliable sealing, and good durability.
The chambers between 5.1500LB and 2500LB adopt a pressure self tightening sealing structure. The sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure, and the reliability is high.
6. The reverse seal is made of stainless steel threaded connection sealing seat or austenitic stainless steel welded on the body, with reliable sealing. The replacement of packing can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient, fast and does not affect the operation of the system.
