Purpose:
DS/J61H water seal globe valve is suitable for the return water condensation system of thermal power plants with nominal pressure PN2.5-4.0Mpa and working temperature 0-425 ℃, as well as pipelines that require isolation from the atmosphere in petroleum and chemical industries. It can cut off or connect media, including water, oil, steam, and non corrosive gases.

Product Structure Features:

1. The product is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB12235, with a novel structure, reasonable material selection, and beautiful shape. The connection end has flanges and welding, which can be matched according to different user requirements.
2. The packing box is designed as a water sealed structure, connected with 0.6~1.6Mpa water packing, which has low friction, good sealing, and can isolate the entire system from the atmosphere, ensuring good airtightness.
3. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, which provides good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
4. Compact structure, flexible operation, easy maintenance, and long service life.
5. The reverse seal is made by connecting the sealing seat with stainless steel threads or welding austenitic stainless steel on the body, ensuring reliable reverse sealing. Packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient, fast and does not affect the operation of the system.
