The PP11A universal frequency meter has functions such as measuring frequency, measuring cycle and average cycle, counting (continuous counting and timed counting), measuring time interval, etc. It can also output decadic standard time interval pulses and be used as a decadic frequency divider. The measurement results of the instrument are displayed on a six digit fluorescent digital tube, with a unit display and automatic decimal point positioning, making reading very convenient. The instrument is equipped with 8-4-2-1 code output, which can be used for digital printing, recording, data processing, and automatic control.
