1、 Purpose and scope of use
The QBZ series mining explosion-proof AC vacuum electromagnetic starter (hereinafter referred to as the starter) is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises with explosive gases (methane) in the underground or surrounding air of coal mines. It is mainly used to directly control the starting and stopping of three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with a frequency of 50Hz, a rated voltage of 380/660V, and a rated current range of 60-200A, and can be reversed when stopped.

The working conditions of the starter are as follows:
a、 Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters; b、 Operating environment temperature -5 to+40 ℃;
C、 The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not greater than 95% (+25 ℃); d、 In mines with explosive mixtures of methane;
E、 The installation inclination with respect to the vertical plane shall not exceed 15 °; f、 In places without significant shaking or impact vibration;
G、 In an environment without significantly damaging the insulation with gas or vapor;
