Process and technological advantages

Electronic components: imported parts, stored at+60 ℃ and -40 ℃ for 48 hours. And strict aging screening is carried out by various characteristic testers.
Circuit board: The finished product is subjected to high-temperature (+55 ℃) simulated working state, power aging for 48 hours, and performance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the circuit board.
Transformer coil: Secondary vacuum coating is used to improve insulation performance, reaching Class F.
Servo motor: using low-speed synchronous motor, omitting variable speed mechanism, stable operation.
Graphite carbon brush: Made of British A-brand alloy carbon brush, with low contact resistance, low spark, and long service life.
Silicon steel sheet: Made of D11 silicon steel sheet imported from Japan, with low loss, low noise, and high efficiency.
Mechanical structure: Equipped with needle roller bearings, the transmission is lightweight and flexible, preventing jamming.
Integrated control circuit: With its unique "true effective value sampling", it fundamentally solves the impact of fluctuation distortion on voltage regulation performance.
