Overview
YKJD series liquid level control relay is suitable for controlling the liquid level in oil tanks or water tanks. It has automatic alarm, power cut-off and connection functions, and realizes automatic liquid supply and shutdown control. Compact structure, high control accuracy, reliable operation, and easy installation and use.
When the liquid level control relay is working, the float on the conduit rises and falls with the rise or fall of the liquid level. When the liquid level drops to the set minimum liquid level a1 or rises to the maximum liquid level a2. The signaling component is the action. Give an alarm or turn on the power. The working principle of a multi-level controller is also the same.
working principle
One or more reed switches are installed inside a sealed non-magnetic tube, and then the tube is passed through one or more hollow floating balls with circular magnets inside. The rise or fall of the liquid level will drive the floating balls to move together, causing the reed switches inside the non-magnetic tube to produce a suction or disconnection action and output a switch signal.

Application Examples
1. A single level circuit diagram used in water tanks, oil tanks, or other liquid tanks as a minimum level alarm. When the liquid level drops to the set minimum height. The normally open relay K of the liquid level controller in the circuit is closed (contacts 1 and 3 are connected) to energize the alarm device and emit an alarm signal. Wiring method: Connect the white contact 1 to the power cord. Contact 3 is a red terminal.
2. Used in hydraulic systems. Single level circuit diagram to avoid empty oil pump suction. When the liquid level drops to the set minimum level, the normally closed relay K of the liquid level controller in the circuit is disconnected (contacts 1 and 2 are disconnected), and the coil of intermediate relay C is cut off, causing the motor to stop working. Wiring method: Contact 1 is a white terminal, and contact 2 is a black terminal.

And the circuit is still powered, so the liquid supply work continues. When the float exceeds the a2 position, the normally closed relay K2 disengages, the circuit is cut off, and the liquid supply stops at this time. Wiring method: The color of the terminal of the contact is the same as above.

The length L of YKJD series liquid level control relay (see Figure 1) is the distance between the installation surface b and the signaling liquid level a1, which users can choose freely according to their usage. Our factory can accommodate L length according to customer's special requirements, and can also accommodate liquid level controllers with multi-point control within L length. Level controllers for the highest, second highest, and lowest liquid levels.
