Use
The 8038/9 series factory explosion-proof motor control box is used for remote control of electromagnetic appliances or conversion circuits in circuits with AC 50Hz voltage up to 660V and DC voltage up to 220V. It can also be used to control small capacity AC motors and monitor the load conditions during motor starting and operation at any time through an ammeter.  

Structure Introduction
The 8038/9 series factory explosion-proof motor control box consists of an outer shell (shell body, cover), explosion-proof control switch, increased safety ammeter, and cable entry device. The shell is an increased safety structure made of high-strength flame-retardant plastic, which has a beautiful appearance and excellent properties such as anti-static, impact resistance, good thermal stability, and corrosion resistance. There is a sealing ring between the cover and the shell body, which is fastened with stainless steel screws to ensure that the protection level of the shell reaches IP54. The lower part of the shell is equipped with an M20 × 1.5 cable entry device and two M27 × 1.5 cable entry devices. Unused cable entry holes should be sealed with plugs provided with the product.

The operating handle and cover are equipped with locking holes, which can be hung and locked when necessary to prevent accidental operation.
Explosion proof control switch, compact structure, good reliability, small size, high breaking capacity and service life index, and can form multiple contact forms and operating positions of one to four pole contacts. In addition to the six specifications listed in Table 2, special varieties are available. The range of the increased safety ammeter is divided into two types: 0-1A and 0-5A, and it can display the overload current value of 5 times the range current. The ammeter is equipped with a red adjustable pointer, which is used to indicate the current value of normal load and allows the operator to monitor the operation at any time.
