Purpose:
The 8158 series explosion-proof control box (hereinafter referred to as the control box) is suitable for indoor or outdoor shielded production sites where explosive gas mixtures of Class IIC T6 or below may occur during normal operation. It is used for controlling electrical equipment such as contactors, relays, electromagnets, light signals, small AC motors, lighting, and current indicators in AC 50Hz voltage to 380V and DC voltage to 220V circuits.
Structure Introduction
The 8158 series explosion-proof and anti-corrosion control box adopts a modular structure, and the outer shell of the control box is of increased safety type.
It can be assembled into 1-10 units as needed, and the number of units can be determined according to the required number of control components. It can be mixed and assembled according to engineering design requirements. The shell and cover of the control box are made of high-strength, anti-static, impact resistant, corrosion-resistant, thermally stable, and flame-retardant novel special plastics, and all performance meets the requirements of the "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment" standard. The explosion-proof mark of the control box is ed Ⅱ C T6. The protection level of the control box is IP54. The control box is also suitable for highly corrosive environments, with a corrosion resistance level of "F2". Each unit can be equipped with up to 6 8008/2 series explosion-proof control switches, 9 8017/2 series explosion-proof signal lights, 9 8092/3 series explosion-proof control buttons, 6 99T2-A increased safety ammeters, or 70 UK5N increased safety wiring terminals, and other 5 explosion-proof electrical components manufactured with German imported technology. The quantity of equipment can be selected according to the engineering design requirements.

1. The introduction of the control box is divided into cable introduction and steel pipe introduction. The outer diameter of the introduced cable is between 9mm and 15.5mm, and the threaded outer diameter of the connecting steel pipe is G3/4 ".
