Use
The 8159 series explosion-proof lighting (power) distribution box (hereinafter referred to as the distribution box) is suitable for indoor or outdoor shielded places where explosive gas mixtures of Class IIc T5, T6 and below may occur during normal operation. It is used for the distribution of lighting (power) circuits in electrical circuits with AC 50Hz and rated voltage up to 380V.

Model meaning

The distribution box ensures reliable operation under the following conditions
a) Altitude not exceeding 2000m;
b) The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than -20 ℃;
c) The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not greater than 95% (at+25 ℃);
d) During normal operation, explosive gas mixtures of Class IIC T5, T6 and below may occur in places;
e) In places without rain or snow invasion;
f) A place that can prevent water and other liquids from entering;
g) Places without significant shaking and impact vibration;
h) The pollution level is level 3;
i) Installation category is Class III

Rated working voltage of the distribution box: 380V and below for the main circuit, 220V (~380V) and below for the branch circuit;
Rated working current of distribution box: 1A, 3A, 6A, 10A, 16A, 30A, 40A1), 60A*
Number of branch circuits: 3, 6, 9, 12, etc;
The external access cable of the main circuit is 10m ㎡ or less;
The outer diameter of the introduced cable is between 9 and 13.5, 13 and 18, and 25;
The distribution box and protection level are IP54/65;
The explosion-proof type of the distribution box is composite type, and its explosion-proof mark is Ex ed Ⅱ CT5 or Ex ed Ⅱ CT6.

Installation, use, and maintenance of explosion-proof lighting (power) distribution boxes for 8159 series factories

The distribution box must undergo a comprehensive inspection before installation to ensure that it is intact and functioning properly.
When the 2-lead device does not lead, the rubber sealing ring, blocking plate, and gasket must be tightened with random special nuts to meet the sealing requirements.
Before opening the lid, the front power supply must be cut off first, and inspection and maintenance must be carried out without electricity.
To ensure the normal operation of the distribution box, non professionals are not allowed to operate it.
When cleaning the shell, to prevent static electricity, please wipe it with a clean damp cloth and avoid using chemical cleaning agents.
