Scope and Application
The DW80 series mining explosion-proof feed switch (hereinafter referred to as the feed switch) is suitable for places where methane explosive hazardous gases are present in underground coal mines or surrounding media. Used as the main switch and branch switch of the power supply system in AC 50Hz and voltage up to 660V lines, it can also be used as a high-capacity motor that is not frequently started. When the line is overloaded or short circuited, it can automatically cut off the power supply.

Structural Overview
The DW80 series mining explosion-proof feeder switch consists of a shell welded with steel plates and steel sections, and a three pole universal air circuit breaker installed inside the shell. The outer shell is cylindrical, and the shell cover is connected to the cover body using a rotating cover. The operating handle is placed on one side of the outer shell and is used to open and close the circuit breaker. It also has a shunt release device. There is an interlocking device between the shell cover and the handle. To open the cover, the circuit breaker must be disconnected first to prevent it from closing when the shell cover is opened, ensuring safety. The introduction device on the junction box is used to introduce and lead out the main control circuit cable.
